Assisted Telemedicine Centre(ATC)

Our goal is to open assisted telemedicine centres throughout Switzerland with our partners to ensure global coverage in all cantons.

What is a ATC ?

In a ATC you are taken care of by a health professional by appointment. A teleconsultation will be done with an alloMed doctor, during which any tests will be carried out by the health professional at the request of the doctor.

How does a consultation in a ATC work?

Management by a health professionalté

The health professional welcomes you in a dedicated room. Various tests may be performed such as blood test, blood pressure measurement, rapid test, electrocardiogram, injection. All this will be done exclusively at the request of the doctor.

Teleconsultation with the doctor

The connection between you and the doctor will be established by the health professional who will attend, upon request, the teleconsultation in order to assist the doctor in the actions he deems necessary.

Medical certificate and prescription

Doctors can write medical certificates and prescriptions for radiology, physiotherapy or at a specialist’s office.

How do I pay for the consultation?

Teleconsultation is billed through basic health insurance as a telephone consultation. It is recognised by all Swiss health insurance companies. The rate is billed according to the duration of the teleconsultation, in fractions of 5 minutes. Services in the lack of the patient are invoiced in addition. Emergency fees apply for consultations without appointment between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m., as well as on weekends and holidays. Please note that some specialists (such as aesthetics) are not covered by your basic health insurance. Health professionals can charge for the actions performed. You must check your health insurance contract against your deductible and the various costs that are not covered by it. Note that, according to your contract, insurance companies impose an obligation to go through their telemedicine service.
